Markel Specialty’s event cancellation and postponement policies purchased September 18, 2020 or after will now exclude loss or damage arising out of infectious disease, pandemic or epidemic, including the fear or threat, whether actual or perceived. This includes but is not limited to COVID-19. If your event cancellation or postponement policy or cancellation endorsement was purchased prior to March 10, 2020, you may have coverage if your event is cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19.
